Message:    In addition to the normal share screen capability during a Teams meeting, you now have Reporter, Side-by-Side, and Standout presenter modes available when sharing your desktop or window in the Teams desktop app.

Tool bar with new Presenter Modes Available

Standout mode overlays your video on top of the content for a more immersive presenting experience:

  • Standout Mode

 

Side-by-side mode displays your video feed next to your content:

  • Side-by-Side Mode

Reporter mode places content as a visual aid above your shoulder like a new story:

  • Reporter Mode

 

Try it out at your next Teams meeting.  Select a mode that fits your needs and promotes a more engaging presentation and experience.
