What is Stream?  Stream allows you to locate and view videos that you have access to easily.  Most importantly, Stream lets you record, upload, and share video, like any other file, to your OneDrive, SharePoint site, Teams, or other Microsoft 365 apps.

Log in to id.delaware.gov using your State credentials.

Access Stream by selecting the Office 365 card (pictured on right).

Once in the Office 365 Portal:

1. Select the “waffle” icon in the upper left corner (above the home icon) to view all applications available. (If you do not see the “Stream” icon, select “All apps” icon.)
2. Locate and choose Stream to launch the Stream application.

1. In your browser, enter the URL https://stream.microsoft.com.
2. If you are not currently logged in with your State credentials, you will be prompted to log in.
